Shipping Policy

At Mevotti, we want you to receive your jewelry quickly, securely, and beautifully packaged — no matter where you are in the world.

Shipping within EU & the rest of the world

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden within 0–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Place your order before 15:00 (GMT+1) and we'll ship it the same day. Delivery typically arrives the next business day within the EU, and within 2–4 business days for destinations outside the EU.

All orders within Sweden are shipped via PostNord.

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been packed.
  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout (free on qualifying orders).

All orders within EU and the rest of the world are shipped via UPS. 

  • Delivery time: 2-4 business days
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been packed.
  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout (free on qualifying orders).

European Union: All prices include VAT - nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom: Orders over £135 are subject to VAT upon delivery. To avoid this, we recommend placing smaller orders under this threshold.

Rest of World: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or VAT charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control. Countries where this is more common include Canada, Chile, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and select African markets.

If you have questions about customs in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, promotional periods, or due to customs processing outside of Sweden.
