For orders under €70, a small flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. Every Mevotti order - free or paid shipping - arrives with full tracking from dispatch through to your door.

We offer 14-day returns on all unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging. If something isn't right, email us at contact@mevotti.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and confirming your return. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn with tags intact.
