Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your package was delivered or collected. To request a return, please contact our customer service at contact@mevotti.com before sending any items back or we will not approve your return.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Returns & Exchanges Within Sweden

For exchanges within Sweden, we provide a convenient QR return code for easy handling.

For standard returns, a return/shipping fee of 145kr/€14 will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Returns

Returns outside Sweden are fully the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us before shipping your return to receive the correct return address. All international returns must be shipped using a tracked shipping service.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or sent without tracking.

Refunds are only processed once:

  • The return request has been approved
  • The returned items have been received by us
  • The products have been inspected
  • The return has been approved according to our return policy
  • Damaged Item Policy

While damages are highly unlikely, we want to ensure that any issue is handled quickly and fairly.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving or collecting your package. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.

To Process a Damage Claim

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Send all information to our customer service for review and approval.

Resolution Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • Another product of equal value if preferred

Please note:

  • We do not offer immediate refunds for damaged items
  • Replacements or exchanges are issued only after the claim has been approved
